Samantha Schoell

Senior Designer
Sam’s love for design began early in her life as she surrounded herself with art on weekends in New York’s museums while growing up.
She attended the University of Missouri, where she turned her passion for mathematics, and love for design into an Architectural Studies degree with an emphasis in Interior Design.
Sam’s professional experience includes cutting her teeth as a design assistant for a high-end kitchen and bath dealer in Kansas City. She then went on to work as a designer for one of the premier kitchen and bath showrooms at the Merchandise Mart designing luxury interior spaces ranging from contemporary to traditional home additions, remodels, and “new builds”. Not long after that, Sam was selected to design kitchen showcase vignettes for the 2016 Kitchen and Bath Show in Las Vegas and the 2016 Architectural Digest Show in NYC for Thermador Appliance Company. Recently, Sam is thrilled to share the exciting news that her Chicago Arts and Crafts Kitchen project has been honored with a Silver award in the “Kitchens – $150,000 and more” category by Qualified Remodeler’s Master Design Awards in 2023. It’s a well-deserved recognition for her outstanding work!
Sam’s background and education allow her to immerse herself in every aspect of each design project, from the initial drawing all the way to the final construction drawings and the final installation. She is inspired by the personal nature of each project, “Every home’s architecture is different and each client has a vision. I have the wonderful job of using my creativity, skills, and knowledge to capture my client’s vision and create a space that they will love – both aesthetically and functionally.
“It is very personal for both my clients and me. It’s very rewarding to help my clients create the perfect plan, see it all come together, and then experience the joy of seeing my clients’ reaction once the job is completed.”
