Luxury Meets Character in Timeless Kitchen Design
It’s possible to have upscale formality and unique personality in the same space – you just have to plan it right. This remodel started as an “L” shaped kitchen with a narrow entrance – cramped and claustrophobic, with too little storage and no room to relax. To solve those problems without altering the footprint, form and function had to work together.
In the final remodel, a palette of champagne and white keeps the traditional, formal feel of this upscale neighborhood and makes this the perfect space to entertain. But natural textures and a wash of natural light warm the room up for those intimate evening meals. Features like a large-format backsplash inject the homeowner’s personality – and the whole space is 2′ larger than its predecessor.
