Suburban Townhouse Remodel Wins Chrysalis Design Award

A collaboration between three building and design professionals transformed a lackluster townhome kitchen in Schaumburg, Ill., into a beautiful, functional hub. Two avid cooks, the clients wanted to create a fully functional space for their young, active family and guests.
Plans called for improving the layout, upgrading appliances and creating a distinctive eating area with a built-in granite table. Contemporary cabinetry, Bliss glass tiles, and up-to-date finishes create a modern European feel.
