Grabill Cabinetry
A respected cabinetry company since 1946, Grabill Cabinetry Company focuses on design, quality, and craftsmanship when creating their cabinets. Their founder, Vilas Schertz, believed that the kitchen was the heart of a family’s home; Grabill cabinets, then, reflect the details and durability specific to each family who uses them.
Grabill designs are customizable with quality craftsmanship and finish, and clients appreciate their ability to provide a high-quality product at an affordable price. Grabill is known for their traditional design but has the capability to do transitional and contemporary design.
Grabill Cabinetry Company also has the Environmental Stewardship Program certification, meaning that their cabinets are environmentally responsible and that the company has shown high standards in air quality, product and process resource management, environmental stewardship, and community relations.
Drury Design Kitchen and Bath Studio has received the Grabill Cabinet Company’s top Dealer Sales Award for over 15 consecutive years, and Gail Drury (CMKBD and president of Drury Design) was awarded top honors in Grabill’s 2010 Home Collection Design Competition on a transitional kitchen design for a Glen Ellyn, IL client. Our Glen Ellyn studio displays a wide selection of the highest quality of Grabill Cabinetry in many rooms, and Gail Drury’s office which features custom Grabill Biedermeir style cabinetry of Vermont cherry and ebony accents.
A library setting displays Grabill Cabinetry in a coffered ceiling, paneled walls and fireplace mantle. Working closely with Grabill’s craftsmen, the Drury Design team often designs one-of-a-kind door styles and finishes for their clients such as the “Glen Ellyn” door.
“Drury continues to help us better meet our client’s needs,” says Josef Carlock of Grabill Cabinetry. “They help us develop new styles and products that match what the market is looking for. Drury’s team is extremely well-organized and highly detail-oriented. Drury’s designers assisted in taking our fine furniture to more advanced levels. Each year our client’s expectations provide us with opportunities to develop new styles, finishes and cabinet configurations. The attention of detail is elevated with the advancement of technology and the innovative imagination of the Drury Design staff as it aligns with the evolving lifestyle of our clients.”
